- Contact information you give us, such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Mobile phone number. While on our website, through online applications, maintenance requests, showing requests, Tenant Web Access (resident portal) registration, or general informational request forms, we may collect your phone number to send and receive text messages.
- Application and lease information you submit through our rental application (hosted by Rent Manager), such as identity, household, income, rental history, and other screening information.
- Resident account information, such as your lot or home, rent and payment history, and maintenance requests.
- Communications, including calls, emails, and text messages you send us, and your text messaging opt-in and opt-out choices.
How we use information
- To review rental applications and manage leases and lot rentals.
- To collect rent and send payment confirmations and reminders.
- To schedule and complete maintenance.
- To send community, safety, and emergency notices.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
How we share information
Think Bigger Properties LLC does not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as Rent Manager (our property management and messaging platform), payment processors, tenant screening providers, and maintenance contractors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our residents, us, or others.
- A successor if a community or our business is sold or transferred.
None of the sharing described above includes your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent for marketing or promotional purposes (see below).
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we send text messages from (912) 592-3567 through Rent Manager about your application, lease, rent reminders, payment confirmations, maintenance, and community and emergency notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Messages may include application and lease updates, rent reminders, payment confirmations, maintenance updates, community news, urgent notifications, and events. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Operators are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting or applying. See our Mobile Messaging Terms.
We do not sell your information
Think Bigger Properties LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Your personal information, including your mobile phone number and your text messaging opt-in data and consent, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and tracking

The rental application on Rent Manager’s website is governed by Rent Manager’s own privacy practices.
